We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling, improving front-end performance, and documenting the front-end codebase.

To ensure success as a React.js Developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications. Ultimately, a top-class React.js Developer should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.

Error Diagnosis: Identify, analyze, and resolve application runtime errors, including crashes, freezes, and other performance-related issues.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Perform detailed root cause analysis to determine the underlying issues causing runtime failures and document findings.

Troubleshooting: Use debugging tools, logs, and system monitors to locate and resolve runtime issues promptly.

Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers and system engineers to resolve runtime errors and provide insights for code optimization.

Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of error types, resolutions, and recurring issues to facilitate future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.

System Monitoring: Monitor application performance in real-time to proactively identify and address runtime errors before they impact users.

Test and Validate Fixes: After resolving runtime errors, ensure fixes are thoroughly tested to validate performance improvements and prevent regressions.

Performance Tuning: Work on optimizing application performance and system resource utilization to prevent runtime bottlenecks.

User Support: Assist internal or external users in resolving runtime-related issues by providing support and guidance.

Incident Management: Respond to incident reports, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and work under tight deadlines to restore system functionality.

Min. 4 years of experience in application troubleshooting, runtime error resolution, or system administration.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., React, Java, Python, C++, etc.).

Proficiency in debugging tools (e.g., GDB, JIRA, Visual Studio Debugger).

Familiarity with runtime environments 

Ability to identify and resolve memory leaks, concurrency issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
