We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing to join our team.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's overall digital marketing strategies/ messaging, including blog, email marketing, marketing funnels, newsletter, podcast, SEO, social media, video, and web pages. You will assist with hiring, developing, and managing marketing team members to achieve the business marketing objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Overall responsibility for the establishing company brand, through leadership and inbound lead generation via digital marketing channels.
  • Campaign management end to end (social media plan, content, etc.).
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Attending the Ed-tech Conference all over India and promoting vmedulife.
  • Own the reporting of digital KPIs and deriving insights to drive improvements in future campaigns.
  • Provide excellent service to marketing colleagues, helping them to make the most of our digital capabilities and channels.
  • Monitoring the performance of digital channels and campaigns to ensure that they are reaching their target audiences and generating conversions.
  • Developing marketing strategy and planning for online advertising campaigns, including SEO, emails, social media, PPC ads, and video or display ads
  • Working with web designers and programmers to develop new features for company websites or overhaul existing ones.
  • Establishing guidelines for content creation to ensure that all materials are consistent with the brand image
  • Be a part of Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Team Building, etc.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital/social marketing in a B2B environment strategy, planning, execution, analytics, and evaluation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital and social tools like Google Analytics, Twitter ads, Google ads, and Facebook ads and Good knowledge of content marketing focused on creating, publishing, and distributing content on social channels.
  • Good understanding of social & digital trends in the space of digital campaign management, channel management, and digital analytics.
  • Proven experience in increasing operations efficiency & service delivery through process improvements, automation, team building, and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across teams to deliver under pressure to tight deadlines, quality, and cost - and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Generate regular reports that showcase the performance of marketing campaigns, highlighting key metrics and insights & Presenting findings to key stakeholders, and providing recommendations for future initiatives.
